You might have seen the SRES designation listed along with my name – Carolyn Smith, Melbourne Beach Realtor, SRES – and wondered “What exactly does SRES mean?”
SRES stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the designation means that I have successfully completed a series of educational courses on how to assist seniors and their families with their real estate transactions. This means that I have the knowledge and ability to help seniors and their families navigate their way through the maze of financial, legal, and emotional issues that come with buying or selling a home.
You might now be wondering, “Why would I want to use an SRES-accredited Realtor?” If you are over the age of 50, there are many reasons to use an SRES-accredited Realtor. As an SRES Realtor, I, Carolyn Smith can offer you:
If you are thinking of buying, selling, renting, or relocating in or to the Brevard County, FL area, I would be more than happy to assist you. I serve the areas of Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Melbourne, West Melbourne, Suntree, Viera, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. It’s important to have a Realtor you trust, and as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I have the right credentials, experience, and expertise to make your home buying or home selling process easy and stress-free.
